LADIES IN LAW® offers many Legacy Planning services "A la Carte" as well, if you choose you only need certain documents or services completed. See below for a full list of our A la Carte services:
Trust funding is the process of transferring your assets into your Trust.
LADIES IN LAW® can help you transfer your assets to your Trust so you don’t have to worry about it.
For a flat fee of $100 per asset, we take care of the trust funding for you.
We help you to transfer two types of assets: real property and business interests. If you wish to fund our trust with another type of asset, we also offer you specific guidance and direction on how to do so.
The only way to guarantee your Legacy Plan is complete, is for it to be executed. Execution is the process of signing, notarizing, and dating your Legacy Planning documents.
LADIES IN LAW® can execute your entire Legacy Plan for a flat fee of $100. We provide 2 witnesses and a licensed in-house notary to handle the signing and completion of your documents.
Although your Legacy Plan is complete after you execute and finalize it, you will likely need to update your documents in the future. It is important to maintain your Legacy Plan so it always reflects the most up-to-date information.
Your Legacy Plan should be updated when major life changes occur, such as:
Birth or adoption of a new child
Receiving an inheritance
Starting a business
Minor Amendments to your Legacy Plan any contact information change, such as:
Phone number change
Major Amendments to your Legacy Plan include:
Change in beneficiaries
Change in medical directives
Change in asset disbursements/distributions
